Thank you for shopping with Meleon. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and ship your orders.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Free shipping on all orders to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. These are the only regions we currently ship to.

Australia: 5–10 business days.

International: 7–12 business days.

Tracking provided on all orders.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Meleon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
